- Can the box contents vary? The contents of the welcome pack are subject to change but we will do our best to replace items with those of similar value.
- When will I get my pack? We do a print run on welcome packs usually every month but sometimes this can take longer so please be patient & consider we’re a not for profit organisation run by volunteers. Thank you.
- Where can I find membership discounts? All discount codes and other Tesla related offers are subject to change without notice but they can be found on this page
- I have a partner who would like a name badge, how can I order one? If you require a second name badge (for partner/spouse/children etc) please purchase the above supporter pack and then after payment purchase an additional badge and lanyard from this link.

This subscription will renew each year on the anniversary of purchase, you can amend or cancel your subscription at any point from your account.
