Interim Officer Minutes - February 2019
21st Feb 2019 – Heathrow – No formal minutes created – William, Mark S & Mark B in attendance (due to another meeting with Tesla, as linked above), no agenda was set as it was more of a catch-up. Bank accounts were shown to Mark S/Mark B to raise any concerns and none were raised. We were all basically confirming #3 of the last minutes was holding the majority of the work back. A reminder for Mark B and Matt B to feedback updates on #3 of the last agenda and for Mark S and Will to push for #3 to be completed.

Advocacy on owner issues
Whilst we’re a volunteer group and don’t have a duty to force change within Tesla we strongly believe some issues need committee action, please find below key issues and the steps we’ve taken to date.
Chargegate / Batterygate - Partially resolved
Older S & X vehicles suffered from limited charging speeds or diminished battery capacity.
eMMC - Core issue resolved
Pre-May 2018 Tesla model S and Xs using MCU1 had memory chips with inadequate read/write cycles for the latest software updates being pushed to the vehicles. As a result cars equipped with this chip started to have software crashes.
Premium Connectivity - Core issue resolved
Cars ordered prior to June 2019 were meant to have arrived with Premium Connectivity as standard. Many did not arrive with this included.
This page will be updated as soon as any new documents are available.
